Hi, I'm Rigby! I have many aliases, but Rigs or Rigby are the preferred ones. I am originally from Bloomfield, NY. I then relocated to Burlington, VT, where I studied at Champlain College. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Media with concentrations in Sonic Arts, Moving Image, and Visual Art/Design. I am currently based in Rochester, NY, where I am a Pastry Chef and Artist.
We don't comprehend how precious our minds are until we begin to lose our grasp of them. When we think of this, we often talk about athletes and the elderly, those seen as most vulnerable to this. The reality is, humans are ALL incredibly vulnerable, far closer to the grips of pain and confusion than the quintessential rational mind.
Understanding the role of our memories in the context of reality is the motivating factor in my work. I believe that with the knowledge that the world is ever-changing, capturing moments and evaluating our recollection of them is all that we have. Time is not linear, it's dimensional, and I am fascinated by how this impacts memory, (and lack thereof in my case).

Having suffered multiple head injuries in my childhood with untreated neurodivergence has brought me here. lol.
